As you can see from this shot the property was not kept up and the tenants were not very clean. If I remember correctly they let the dogs stay in the house.

Here is a little backstory on this property. This property was built by a private real estate investor/developer that passed away shortly after my purchase.The property was included with another property that my business associate bought. The property was put into foreclosure by the developer. We approached the developer with a lease option purchase. The developer accepted, we moved into the properties and per the lease option terms took over the payments on the property to developer. Very nice quiet HOA neigborhood.
